Everything a dispatch office needs, nothing it does not

01

Automatic planning

Orders are grouped into routes by window, capacity and driver hours. Planners adjust by dragging a stop; the plan recalculates around it.

02

Portals for every role

Dispatchers plan, drivers get stops and proof of delivery on their phone, customers track their orders and carriers accept subcontracted work.

03

Invoicing and digital CMR

A delivered stop with a signed digital CMR becomes an invoice line. No re-keying between the plan and the accounting system.

04

Integrations

ERP, customer portals and telematics connect through standard connectors, so orders arrive in the plan and statuses flow back without manual work.

Connects to what you already run

freyt.ai ships connectors for the ERP, portal and telematics systems Benelux carriers use most, and Mission Control adds the e-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram channels on top.

Exact Online, AFAS, Transporeon, Outlook / Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Webfleet, Trimble, Stripe.

Why change now

Your TMS is a spreadsheet with a login. It stores. It never acts.

Traditional transport systems were built to record what a planner already decided. Every message still has to be read by a human, every change still typed in by hand. That was acceptable when there was no alternative. AI is the alternative: for the first time, software can read the inbox, understand the operation and do the work. A TMS that cannot is a filing cabinet with a monthly fee.

A traditional TMS

  1. Waits for a planner to type in what a driver said on WhatsApp twenty minutes ago
  2. Shows the plan as it was this morning, not as the day actually unfolds
  3. Treats a sick driver, a breakdown or a moved slot as your problem to re-key
  4. Answers customers only when someone finds time to look it up and reply

An AI TMS

  1. Reads every driver, customer and carrier message itself, in any language they write
  2. Keeps one live plan that changes as the day does, with the message that changed it attached
  3. Registers the absence, reassigns the routes, sends the replacement truck and informs everyone
  4. Answers status and document requests in seconds; brings the planner only the decision that needs one

Customer story

Het Groene Hart Koeriersdiensten plans a day of courier routes before the first coffee

We used to spend the whole morning rebuilding the plan every time a customer changed something. Now the change is in the plan before I have finished reading the message, and I still get the final say.

The freyt.ai TMS, explained

What is an AI TMS?

An AI TMS is a transport management system that also reads the unstructured messages around the plan, such as e-mails and WhatsApp updates, and proposes the resulting plan changes for a human to approve.

Who is the freyt.ai TMS built for?

Benelux carriers running groupage, distribution and dedicated routes with a dispatch office, typically from a handful of trucks to a few hundred.

Does it replace my planning spreadsheet?

Yes. The plan board keeps the speed of a spreadsheet, adds capacity and driver-hour checks, and removes the re-keying between intake, plan and invoice.

Is Mission Control part of the TMS?

Mission Control is included in the Growth and Enterprise tiers. The Starter tier includes the TMS and Exchange without Mission Control.

How long does onboarding take?

Most carriers plan their first live day within a few weeks. Orders, customers and drivers are imported, connectors are switched on and the team runs alongside the old sheet until they are ready.
