Assignments
Open, accepted and completed assignments with order details and the customer’s window. Accept with one click; the plan updates for your planner.

Execute and track
Depart and deliver from the portal, with track and trace visible to you and the customer. The same events a driver would record in the app.

Fleet
Vehicles with body type, capacity, ADR classes and status (active, maintenance, decommissioned). Drivers with certifications.

Availability
Which drivers and shifts are available on which days. Planning reads this when it proposes a carrier for an open load.

“Is there work next week?” in Telegram is matched to the carrier’s availability in the portal. Comms answers with real slots.
Open loads offered automatically
When a route has no driver, Planning offers it to carriers with availability on that day. Accepting in the portal closes the loop.
Documents flow back
CMR and POD from a carrier’s delivery are collected and forwarded to the customer on request.
Questions
Do my carriers have to pay?
No. The carrier portal is free for every carrier you invite. It is part of your plan.
Can a carrier use it for several customers?
Yes. A carrier logs in once and sees assignments from every Freyt customer that works with them.
Do carriers need the driver app too?
Optional. A carrier can execute from the portal, or hand their drivers the driver app for stop-level proof of delivery.
How is this different from Exchange?
Exchange matches loads between carriers on shared lanes. The carrier portal is where a carrier you already work with executes what you assign them.
