Frey AI Mission Control

The information was always there.
Now it does the work.

  1. 01

    06:30, your inbox

Every morning starts with the same five fires.

A sick driver with three routes. A truck stuck on the A15. A customer chasing a POD. A carrier asking about next week. An ETA in a WhatsApp group. All before your first coffee.

  2. 02

    AI-led triage

Mission Control reads it before you do.

It bolts onto your Freyt TMS and classifies every message: who is it about, what do they need, which shipment, which day. In Dutch, English or half-and-half.

  3. 03

    Agents act in the TMS

HR, Planning, Fleet and Documents fix the board.

Jan’s absence is registered and his routes reassigned. Truck 14 is logged as down and its route re-vehicled. The POD is sent. Nobody re-typed anything.

  4. 04

    One decision for you

Five of six handled. One question for the planner.

Customers and drivers are informed automatically. The only thing that needs your judgment, a reassignment that misses a window by 45 minutes, comes to you as a single approval.

  5. 05

    Beyond today

Next week is already planned around holidays and sick leave.

The same agents plan forward: availability, capacity and open orders, and the carrier who asked gets an answer. You run the exceptions. Mission Control runs the rest.

Your TMS already knows every route, driver, truck and message. Frey AI Mission Control puts that knowledge to work: it reads the inbox, fixes the plan, informs everyone and brings you only the decision that needs a planner.

  • Dutch, English and mixed messages
  • WhatsApp, e-mail and Telegram
  • Every change waits for your rules

What Mission Control does with the information you already have

  1. 01

    Reads every message

WhatsApp, e-mail and Telegram from drivers, customers and carriers are classified against the live plan: who, what, which shipment, which day. Dutch, English or mixed.

  2. 02

Does the work in the TMS

Absences registered, routes reassigned, breakdowns logged and re-vehicled, PODs sent, ETAs updated. Specialist agents for HR, planning, fleet, documents, tracking and communication act inside Freyt TMS.

  3. 03

    Brings you the hard call

Anything outside your rules, a missed window, extra cost, a new carrier, arrives as one approval with the impact and the alternative. Nothing else interrupts you.

  4. 04

    Plans forward

Holidays, sick leave and carrier capacity flow into next week’s board. Open orders are offered to carriers before they become a problem.

Stay in control

You set how much it does on its own

Autonomy is a dial, not a switch. Move it as trust grows.

01

Suggest

Mission Control proposes every change and the planner applies it. The right start for teams getting used to AI in the plan.

02

Approve

Changes are ready to apply with one tap. Most Benelux carriers run in this mode within the first weeks.

03

Autonomous with guardrails

Routine work inside limits you set, an absence registered, a window shifted with no extra kilometres, runs automatically. Anything else waits for you.

Customer story

Het Groene Hart Koeriersdiensten plans a day of courier routes before the first coffee

We used to spend the whole morning rebuilding the plan every time a customer changed something. Now the change is in the plan before I have finished reading the message, and I still get the final say.

Frey AI Mission Control, explained

What is Frey AI Mission Control?

Frey AI Mission Control is the AI layer inside Freyt TMS. It reads WhatsApp, e-mail and Telegram from drivers, customers and carriers, and then does the work: registers absences, reassigns routes, resolves vehicle breakdowns, sends documents, updates ETAs and informs everyone involved. Decisions outside your rules come to a planner for approval.

Does Mission Control change my plan without asking?

Only within limits you set. By default every change is proposed and a planner approves it. You can allow routine work, such as registering an absence or shifting a window with no extra kilometres, to run automatically; everything else waits for approval.

What can it handle today?

Driver absence and availability, driver assignments, ETA and delivery status updates, order and shipment questions, document requests such as POD and CMR, address updates, carrier capacity questions, account support and complaints, and vehicle incidents. Each is handled by a specialist agent for HR, planning, fleet, documents, tracking or communication.

Which channels and languages does it read?

Shared e-mail inboxes, WhatsApp groups and Telegram chats, in Dutch, English and mixed messages. Messages are matched to the driver, order and route they concern.

Which pricing tier includes Mission Control?

Mission Control is included from the Growth tier. The Starter tier includes Freyt TMS and Exchange; Mission Control can be added by moving to Growth.

How is Mission Control different from a chatbot or a dashboard?

A chatbot answers questions and a dashboard shows information you already have. Mission Control acts on it: it links messages to drivers, orders and routes, changes the plan inside the TMS, informs the people involved and only interrupts a planner for the decision that needs one.

Your planners should run the exceptions, not the inbox.
