Privacy policy

Demo requests: when you submit the demo form we process the name, work email address, company name and any message you enter, together with the time of submission.

Email: when you email us we process your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you send.

Website usage: we use Vercel Analytics, which records aggregated, anonymised page views and web performance metrics. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We process demo-request and email data to respond to your request, schedule and hold the demo and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries and, where a contract follows, the preparation of that contract.

We process aggregated website usage data to keep the site fast and reliable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website; the data cannot be traced back to you.

Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

Resend delivers the transactional email that notifies us of a demo request and confirms it to you.

These providers act as processors under a data processing agreement and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

Demo-request data is kept for twelve months after our last contact with you, unless a customer relationship follows, in which case it becomes part of the customer file.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as is needed to handle the matter and for up to two years thereafter.

Aggregated analytics data contains no personal data and is retained by Vercel according to its own schedule.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing rests on legitimate interest you may object at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@freyt.nl. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access limited to the team members who need it to respond to you. The demo form is rate limited and validated server-side to prevent abuse.

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Dutch law applies.
