Driver app (iOS and Android), carrier portal and customer portal come with Starter, Growth and Enterprise alike. Billing is per vehicle in operation; drivers, carriers, customers and planners never count as seats.
Pricing, explained
Do you bill per vehicle or per user?
Per vehicle in operation, not per user. Planners, drivers and finance all log in without extra seats, so nobody is locked out of the plan to save a licence.
Are the driver app, carrier portal and customer portal extra?
No. All three are included in every plan, Starter included, for as many drivers, carriers and customers as you invite. You pay per vehicle in operation, never per user.
Is Mission Control an add-on?
No. Mission Control is included in Growth and Enterprise. Starter does not include it; you can move to Growth at any time and it switches on the same day.
How long is the contract?
Monthly, cancel with one month notice. Enterprise agreements are typically annual with a fixed price and service levels.
What does onboarding cost and how long does it take?
Onboarding is quoted per connector and is usually two to four weeks from kickoff to the first live planning day. We migrate your orders and customers with you.
