Industry

Built for couriers where every stop generates a message.

Same-day, high stop counts, addresses that change while the van is moving. Mission Control keeps the plan current from the messages themselves and re-flows routes under your approval.

  • Address corrections come as a bare street name
  • Every ETA question is a lookup
  • A single change ripples through twenty stops
  1. 01

    06:30, your inbox

Every morning starts with the same five fires.

A sick driver with three routes. A truck stuck on the A15. A customer chasing a POD. A carrier asking about next week. An ETA in a WhatsApp group. All before your first coffee.

  2. 02

    AI-led triage

Mission Control reads it before you do.

It bolts onto your Freyt TMS and classifies every message: who is it about, what do they need, which shipment, which day. In Dutch, English or half-and-half.

  3. 03

    Agents act in the TMS

HR, Planning, Fleet and Documents fix the board.

Jan’s absence is registered and his routes reassigned. Truck 14 is logged as down and its route re-vehicled. The POD is sent. Nobody re-typed anything.

  4. 04

    One decision for you

Five of six handled. One question for the planner.

Customers and drivers are informed automatically. The only thing that needs your judgment, a reassignment that misses a window by 45 minutes, comes to you as a single approval.

  5. 05

    Beyond today

Next week is already planned around holidays and sick leave.

The same agents plan forward: availability, capacity and open orders, and the carrier who asked gets an answer. You run the exceptions. Mission Control runs the rest.

What Mission Control does

  1. 01

    Address fixed, stop moved

An address correction is matched to the order and the stop updated; the route re-flows.

  2. 02

    Status from the field

Loaded, delivered, waiting, refused: read from the driver’s message and written to the stop.

  3. 03

    ETAs to customers

Customers asking get a live ETA on the channel they wrote on.

  4. 04

    Re-plan under approval

Ripple effects that break windows come to you as one proposal per route.

Questions planners ask

How many stops can it handle?

Volume is not the constraint; the TMS is. Courier customers run hundreds of stops per day per planner.

Does it work with our scanner app?

Status from your scanning app flows in through the TMS integration; messages from drivers add what the app misses.

Can customers reschedule?

Yes, within the rules you set: a customer asking to deliver tomorrow instead is re-planned automatically if the window exists.

Bring one morning of your inbox.

Send us a typical morning: the messages, the routes, the mess. In a 30-minute walkthrough we show what Mission Control would have done with it, on your lanes, not a canned dataset.
