Customers see their order, their ETA and their POD. Without calling.
Your customers place orders, watch shipments move with live ETAs, download documents and invoices and decide which e-mails they want. Fewer questions in your inbox, and the ones that still come are answered by Mission Control.

Frey AI Mission Control
Where Mission Control comes in
“Where is my order?” answered twice over
The portal shows it live; if the customer e-mails anyway, Mission Control replies with the same ETA in seconds.
POD on request or on the portal
A document request by e-mail is answered with the file. Customers who prefer self-service download it here.
Order changes flow into the plan
A moved window or extra pallet entered in the portal, or written in an e-mail, is linked to the order and re-planned under your rules.
Questions
Do customers need an account?
Yes, by invitation. A share link for track and trace works without one, for consignees.
Can customers create orders themselves?
Yes. Orders created in the portal arrive ready for planning, with pickup, delivery, goods and window already structured.
Which languages?
Dutch and English today, per customer. Mission Control replies in the language the customer writes in.
Is the customer portal extra?
No. It is included in every plan for as many customers as you invite.
